These terms govern your use of the website and services of Highest Point Studio LLC ("Highest Point Studio", "we", "us").

Our services

Highest Point Studio provides advertising and marketing services to businesses, including advertising campaign management, performance reporting and related account support. The specific services, fees and term are set out in the agreement between us.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to hold the rights to any materials and account access you give us, and to use our services lawfully.

SMS Terms

Program description. Highest Point Studio LLC sends text messages to clients who have opted in. Messages include advertising performance reports covering ad spend, cost per lead and campaign results, and account updates such as a campaign going live, a budget nearing its limit, an invoice becoming due, or an item requiring your approval. You can reply to any message and our team will respond.

How to opt in. You opt in by entering your phone number and ticking the messaging consent box on the contact form at highestpointstudio.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies by account, up to 7 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply.

HELP. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (813) 335-6444.

STOP. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You can rejoin at any time by replying START.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at highestpointstudio.com/privacy.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.

Intellectual property

Content on our website belongs to Highest Point Studio LLC. Work produced for you is governed by your service agreement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided without warranty of any kind. Advertising results depend on factors outside our control and we do not guarantee specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end services as set out in the service agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do.
